Depending on how your workspace uses the service, this may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, employment records, schedules, attendance records, leave requests, payroll and compensation records, project and task records, files, comments, audit logs, and system usage information.

We use user information only for the purpose of providing the WorkRuby service. This includes:
- account registration and authentication
- workspace and company management
- member invitations and permissions
- HR, employee profile, organization, attendance, leave, and holiday substitution management
- compensation, payroll, expense, project, task, meeting, KPI, OKR, announcement, support, and audit-log features
- service support, troubleshooting, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
4. No Sale or Marketing Use by Third Parties
We do not sell user information. We do not provide user information to third parties for their marketing, selling, advertising, or promotional purposes.

WorkRuby is a workspace service. Information created inside a workspace may be visible to the workspace founder, administrators, managers, approvers, or other members according to the workspace's configured roles, permissions, and module settings.
